Adding Maps and Objects

So I finally took the leap and started importing in maps and objects into Honey Studio. This constitutes some of the most extreme modding for the game and it first it might seem a little scary to take on. The biggest reason why is you need Honey Select item Resolver (HiR) for rebuilding the item list of HoneySelect.

In Honey Select you have to edit the item list according to its format when you add the Mod items. Items will not be activated by just copying. HiR will help you activating Mod items by automatically rebuild the item list. All you need is just run HiR. It’s actually far easier then it initially looks.

Pondscum did a wonderful breakdown of the steps of setting this up and using it the first time. It’s also detailed here (don’t freak out if you can’t locate the “1” itemlist to move it, you likely don’t need to).

You can import a few sets at a time and run HiR or do one at a time, you likely will not run into a conflict. What you will need is the actual sets and maps added if you want them to show up from modded Studio Cards.

I need to gets maps and items added to get Tenten45’s studio cards working. He actually uploaded all his studio card scenes here too fyi. I had issues initially as I only had some maps in play. Once i downloaded and ran HiR I got them all to work and more.

See all the maps and items I linked on ATF as they really add a ton of Studio capability now. Amazing modded content. A note on maps: Many of these you can load only through “Items” and then “Other” and not via “maps” tab. Strange but true. In Neo they may be under Item > Base

Here’s a load of objects and maps you might want to skim through. Some more here as well. But THIS is the big kahuna for most mods.
